Founded in December 22, 1997 Bank of Jiaxing (former name Jiaxing City Commercial Bank) corporation limited is the first local commercial bank of shareholding system with legal corporation in Jiaxing city. Registered capital was RMB100.08 million in the initial stage of the bank. At the end of 2011, registered capital of the Bank of Jiaxing is up to RMB1015.00 million, the enterprise legal person shares accounted for 97.4%, individual shares accounted for 2.6%. At present, the head office has set up 22 departments including departments for business development, risk management, internal management etc., and 23 branches in the urban areas, in Haining, Pinghu, Tongxiang, Jiashan, Haiyan, South Lake, Xiuzhou to achieve a full coverage of branches. And main launched two village bank in Pujiang Zhejiang and Shexian Anhui.We have 22 self-service banking, 89 sets automatic teller machines, and a full-line staff of nearly 750 people.
